C & S Care Services believe that people who have a range of illnesses, disabilities or who are older, should be able to remain in their own homes.            C & S is a family owned company, originally established in September 2000 by qualified nurses Claire Walters & Sue Fisher and now owned by Richard Wyatt and Jane Green, who have extensive experience in domiciliary care, owning care businesses in Lancashire and Cheshire respectively.  Dawn Selwood is the Registered Manager who manages the Service with Assistant Manager Hayley Farr and support from a dedicated team of staff.  We currently cover Wolverhampton, Shropshire, Staffordshire and Dudley.

We provide personal care services and support to individuals who wish to remain in their own home.  Your care is tailored to specifically meet your needs and a plan is formulated with yourself and the assessor which is communicated to the care team for optimum service delivery.  Those who have been adequately assessed will receive the appropriate care and support 24 hours a day, seven days a week with the aim to maximize their independence, well being and quality of life.  We are able to provide services for people with Individual Budgets or Direct Payments – a  non obligatory assessment can be arranged by contacting our office.
